Previously, he served as CEO of Character Lab, advancing research to help kids thrive, and spent nearly five years building education agencies’ capacity for systematic improvement. With a background as a CFO, attorney, and math teacher, Dave combines diverse experience with a passion for helping people and organizations grow. Outside work, he’s an endurance athlete who has completed Ironman triathlons, marathons, and open water swims.
