Episode 32. How to be a better leader

In today’s Big Questions, Short Answers episode, we are talking about how to become a better leader—or rather, how to avoid becoming your employees’ least favorite manager ever.

We’ve all had bosses we couldn’t stand, but hopefully we’ve all also had bosses who empowered us and nurtured our careers. In this episode, I’ll highlight the differences between the two and the impact it has on your workplace as you build your company.

At the end of this episode, I share what I’ve learned about how to become a better leader. By being willing to take a hard look at your own shortcomings, and by rewarding your team for their efforts, you can cultivate strong leadership within your organization.
